If they were here they would have to have superior technology. It would mean they have FTL travel.
What i do not understand is,
travel all the way across galaxy to see us
keep secret because [invented alien logic]
Quick! Turn on all lights and do erratic maneuvers to get attention
Go home
Anything they need to know about us is being beamed out into space 24/7 our television and radio is out there for the taking.

That is a really good point, but a scarier point is why haven't we picked up any of their transmissions?

They travel here, and crash.

I know right? Earth is so fucked up that the only aliens that come here are the retarded ones.

We would have a hard time picking up our own transmissions outside our solar system. As communications have gotten more efficient , they have also become more quiet. We would probably not pick up any unless they be intentionally made to contact us. Although i will give you the fact that anything we do pick up will be written off as "cosmic ray", see: Wow signal
This is assuming they are still using radio and not optical nor quantum entanglement to communicate

I think we're alone now.

I think we probably are and it makes a lot of sense.
I was watching some documentary that was trying to give an argument for God and he mentioned something funny. He said the odds of the necessary materials coming together to form life were 1 in [some ridiculously high number]. And i thought he was right, not about god but about the odds. Especially when you look at the fact that we are one in, how many stars out there? Then when you look at life on earth, with all of our life forms only one is intelligent and nothing else comes close.

It's probably naturally occurring.

First Radio Signal from an exoplanet could have been detected.

But then this is 2020 so...

The first few minutes of this video is a animation that gives a really good example of sizes in relation to Earth. Don't let the religious context throw you off.

If it is, they will claim "cosmic ray" that is the space analogue to "swamp gas"
